I remember these, back when PvZ2 was actually good quality and PopCap would make updates and videos often. 2013-2017 or so was a golden age for the franchise, afterwards you can see and feel a sharp decline in both videos, games, content and everything else.

Now it’s “cant wait for the next thymed event that will only last 2 weeks yet has all their effort put into it!” It’s understandable though, you can’t make worlds forever and they’d eventually run out of ideas. They were already sort of scrapping the barrel with Neon Mixtape Tour (a party that just so happens to be set in the 80s), Jurassic marsh was just a no brainer really, it was planned from the start. They already did most ideas back then, maybe Industrial Revolution or a roman world, but those were both later added to the game anyways. you could really feel the quality getting worse from 2015 onward, i doubt it would get better now.
