Totally the Bob Ross of gardening!

My name is Shane and myself and a friend have recently filmed something very similar in Chemung NY ! We filmed two bright orbs come zig zagging across the sky right at dusk and stopped and remaining stationary for quit some time. Out of the bottom of each orb came 3 red lights that flew down close to the ground and it appeared as if they were doing some kind of reconnaissance. They raced all over in weird patterns rite above the ground. This was the second time I have witnessed this and I plan to investigate and film more. Thank you for showing that this is going on elsewhere

My favorite cukes are Beit Alpha. I tried them last year for the first time and they didn't stop. Im in 5b 6500ft elevation and it didn't even phase them. When you have too many cucumbers, try making a cucumber limeaid. Excellent summer drink over ice. Blend cucumbers, filtered water and lime juice strained over ice. Add a bit of basil too if you like. 🤤

We put our beds at the edge of the wooded part of our property. It's hot & humid so the garden can't thrive out in the clearing. For cukes we grow pickling varieties on stacked vertical pallets with netting on top. Slicers go in one of our beds with partially shaded during the day & we train them up a cattle panel. Marketmore 76, Straight 8 and Boston Pickling are our favorites so far.

I plant my cucumbers on a cattle panel arch like this bit never thought to use both the inside and outside for planting. I also didn’t realize you could plant 2 seeds per hole.

This will be my first year planting cukes. I've got 3 varieties of minis. I'll be using a 15gal fabric pot with an old box frame that I stripped the fabric off of, as a trellis. We are in the high desert of Four Corners, so winters are below freezing, and summers get over 100° degrees, with little to no rain. I'm locating them where the hottest part of the day will be in the shade. Fingers crossed because my roommate and I love cukes. Thanks for the garden encouragement.

What happened to the aerial observation videos? One from 4 days ago won't let me view on my tv, it says This video is private. The others seem to have disappeared, sadly.

@@CallMeKO13 something wierd is happening. Yesterday even the comment notifications had disappeared along with the associated video, today all the videos are back. False alarm, now, back to the gardening : )

I like the Homemade” cucumber variety.

I agree with growing up. Also hills do not work well for us in Florida. I do rings to hold the rain. We are eating our cucumbers already. Can't wait to see what you "catch" in the sky.

Looks GREAT in the cubes. I'm also going more vertical this year as the desert where I live is a hard place to have healthy cucumbers.

Started some "Munchers" in a grow dome, germ'ed in just a week, potted up to solo cups with top grade potting soil in a small grow tent (2.5 x 5). They're liking it! I have to wait till just after May 2nd to go into the ground in MI. I have fencing they can run around on. Are we there yet!

tomato, carrot, onion, garlic, fresh basil, cucumber, everything chopped, salt and pepper into a pot with water, cook for a bit, then blend it all into the best tomater soup you've ever had.

I am growing Muncher's Its a slicing cucumber, 6-8 inches long, ready up to 2wks earlier than other, also powdery & downy mildew. I am growing these bc, ots the SEEDs I have, bc I saved SEEDs from my plant last yr. Otherwise, I would not have any SEEDs for cucumbers. My SEEDs just popped out the soil yesterday.

If I tried to use row cover I would have to tie & or stake it down, its so windy here, my empty 5g buckets end up across the yard. That cover would be. In the next state. 😆

Can you use epsom salt instead of sluggo?

Did you have to harden them off first? My cucs are in those pods too, way past time to plant.

Same here in the US. I hope you will continue to document what you are seeing. Maybe setting up.a separate channel for it? It gave me hope to see your videos documenting the climate geoengineering. It is harder for them to label it theory when we have eyewitness evidence. Thank you.

Im looking forward to hearing about your new channel wherever you go! I do wish that youd not yse Amazon. I refuse to ipen it. They are enslaving us. Maybe just giving the name of the item, brand name etc. We gave independent shops that i wiuld like to support. Even if it is a bit more expensive.
