Today i'm sharing this amazing and delicious caribbean recipe with you. Please try it at home and enjoy 😊
Here are the ingredients⬇️⬇️⬇️
- 2 green plantains
- 1/2 lb boiled salt fish (boneless)
To stew salt fish:
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1/4 med yellow onion (chopped)
- 4 tbsp bell peppers (red+green)
- 1/2 tsp scotch bonnet pepper (minced)
- 2 tbsp scallions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp pasley (chopped)
- 3 stems of dry thyme
- 1 tbsp veggetable oil
To fry plantain: 4 cups veggetable oil
To make plantain cups: 1 lime squeezer
