Ever since Jack saw the video of the Plano Water Tower being demolished (view here: • Plano Water Tower Demo... ) he became obsessed with water towers. This year for Halloween he decided to dress up as a Plano Water Tower. We thought his costume and enthusiasm was great, so we took him on a tour of a Plano water tower!
