The part of Plano where John Clark stadium is that area is so 80s stuck in that time with 80s buildings and 80s neighborhoods.

Yes - the East side of Plano is a bit older! We are seeing lots of renovations and flips over here to transition the older homes to a newer look. Benefit of this older section is the real estate is a bit cheaper.

I watched a documentary about the racism in the schools in Plano. Has that been resolved? Because I’ll be a fool to buy a $1M home and get a call or hear my children complain about some bully racist at the school picking on them.

Plano? Racism is across the board in education. White people and Asians are discriminated against and need higher GPA/SAT requirements than other groups to get into college. But something tells me you're ok with that kind of racism.
