Good explanation but it will be more better that u mention the correct rate for all major commercial projects of Gurgaon as per their rent after possession. Discrimination to bahut easy hota hai har chhez ka .jaisa ki sabhi entrepreneurs and inventors ne bhi face kiya hai . So sir please come with the correct price of commercial area wise which brings a clear picture for all viewers. Thank for ur valuable advice and time

In my society in Mumbai of 500 flats, there were 45 shops. For last 22 yrs I have noticed only max 10 shops sustained, where owner was running business. Rest on rent no business could sustain more than 2 yrs

Most affoardables now have around 70 shops for 700-800 flats so buying a shop is not a wise decision in affoardable!

Sir ek project hai ready to move in jismai 5k flats hai and 4k families already rehe rahe hai and udhar shop lene ho or average flat 2 bhk 65 to 70 lakh hai udhar to le sakte hai shops limited hai 15 shops hai jismai 5 available hai usmai sai le sakte hai

Yehi sare sawal aate the regarding supply and demand kyuki itni supply hai Delhi NCR mai and customers hai nhi. And yes all these things are true I calculated the NPV of a project and minus mai returns aye. Itni overpricing hai circle rate ka koi hisab ni hazaron mai rate chada rakhe hai.
