    Good explanation but it will be more better that u mention the correct rate for all major commercial projects of Gurgaon as per their rent after possession. Discrimination to bahut easy hota hai har chhez ka .jaisa ki sabhi entrepreneurs and inventors ne bhi face kiya hai .     In my society in Mumbai of 500 flats, there were 45 shops. For last 22 yrs I have noticed only max 10 shops sustained, where owner was running business. Rest on rent no business could sustain more than 2 yrs

    Sir Namaskar. With all my respect Sir, I am 21 yrs old maine khud abhi yeh field join ki and I was selling commercial. Yehi sare sawal aate the regarding supply and demand kyuki itni supply hai Delhi NCR mai and customers hai nhi. And yes all these things are true I calculated the NPV of a project and minus mai returns aye. Itni overpricing hai circle rate ka koi hisab ni hazaron mai rate chada rakhe hai.
