Tropical places are warm and too bright. Non of my 4 kids napped after a year. So basically up for 12 hrs every day. You will have to make the room cool and dark for him to nap comfortable. ❤ From the Caribbean 😊

Loved this video!!! Was so fun to see all the different inspo, makes me want to decorate my house 😆 oh and I so very much remember the 30 minute naps with my babe a few months ago, it is rough!!!! But they do get better, just hang in there for a few weeks!

I would say the candles were definitely not worth the effort lol, but maybe with some better molds it would be great!

When we had issues like you’re having with the short naps, we ended up dropping a nap and extending the awake times by a little bit. Then she started sleeping 1.5-2 hrs again.

That was really sweet of you to do this for your friend.

It all looks so good 😍I’m such a sucker for DIY and kind of eclectic decor and thought you captured the inspo photos perfectly! Would also be so good for a spring wedding. For my wedding recently I mixed and matched candles and got them fairly cheap at hobby lobby! (And they also randomly will be 40% off) So that could be an option too for next time if you have access to one

If he learns how to put himself to sleep he’ll know how to put himself back to sleep. You probably will have to put up with some crying because he’s used to you putting him to sleep. It’s easier if you start this at 6 weeks to 2 months!
