    Why this 2/3-floor shit (horisontal infrastrucutre) is considered as a paramount of urban development and outstanding public transport availability? Westerners are sick. Go to any Soviet city (the boody dictatorship is over but people still live in bloody vertical buildings, still washed by public transport). Why not to restrict buildings to 1 floor, for sustainability and ecocities?
