I love my rings binders, I made my previous planner from a composition book and bulk became an issue for me as well. I love the options offered in rings. 😊 Now I use an A5 at home, and a pocket rings for my EDC. 😊 When I was working, I used daily pages, now I’m retired and weekly pages work better for me. The planner page that have really helped me are the meal planner pages. The meal planner pages are ones I never considered before and have been extremely helpful.

One thing you could use your week at a glance pages for is remembrance pages. Write one thing you want to highlight each day... Baby's first steps or that meeting with project notes. 💖🌞🌵😷

I use a hobonichi and I use the monthly to track youtube videos, the monthly to track my projects and videos that need to be done, the daily is work and personal all in one! Love your channel!

Love this!! The weeklies could be for pre-planning if you need more room than your monthly and add any notes about what you plan on that day. I keep a small planner just for pre-planning.

I like monthly’s and daily checklist and the ever rotating shopping list.

I don't use weeklys... Dailys and future logs only. The personal pages are extremely helpful, especially, what size each person wears is a necessity. Or what size lightbulb fits the hood over the stove or in the oven. I also use a lot of threads by notating the next date (not the page number). 💖🌞🌵😷

Love your setup! I do have my monthly and weekly in my rings.. but I do a daily in a 260 page passport bound book. My weeklies hold more detailed information for the week that won’t fit in my monthly along with deadlines on to dos and such. Ex) my daughter is a college dancer so in the monthly it says 6:30 game.. my weekly will say who they are playing against, a to do to charge my camera battery ahead of time and where I should sit for where she is in formation etc.. my daily will have more timeline to leave home by 5:15 to get there in time and double check I packed what I need for the camera, crossbody, etc.. if all that makes sense ha

Hi Annie it is always a pleasure to see your videos and as time goes by, yr videos are scheduled in my routine ! I liked this one too much as I'm a ring planner girl. Question: how do you storage all your old planners? You use different kind of planners and ring inserts..i'm sure you have a clever system also for that😊

I keep 12 months in my monthly section, but not necessarily this calendar year. I keep last quarter and the next 3 quarters. So when July comes around, I'll have last quarter (April, May June), plus July thru December this year plus January thru March of next year. Sometimes I only keep one past month and 11 months into the future, but in this season, I'm liking a whole quarter in the past for reference. 💖🌞🌵😷

As I archive a month, I transfer any reoccurring events like subscription renewals, birthdays, car registration etc. To next year's calendar. 💖🌞🌵😷

omg i love how detailed you were in this video. i am so glad i came a cross this video. it made my day:) do you have a video that compares the sizes i really want to try a personal wide and a b6 to find my glass slipper lol i have an A5 but i feel its a tad to big for me to carry around. but i love it its that love hate relationship lol

I use undated weekly pages only on busy weeks, what I do is to write down whatever needs to be done on that week, and then i put it on the day I have to or going to do it. Let’s say I have to make a doctors appointment, so I put it on my weekly because I know that for sure I have to make the appointment that week, and if I make the phone call for the appointment on Wednesday, then that task will be in my daily.

I create my own inserts. I am using daily pages with a section for appointments and events with a time associated. Since there is an odd number of days in the week, the first page is a weekly overview of priorities, tasks, goals, etc, but nothing per day. I don’t really look at it too much as the monthly overview of appointments along with the dailies are my workhorses. Too much duplication tend to work against me.

I switched from a daily to a weekly. I just didn’t think I had enough going on due to returning to work m-f days. I am finding that things get “lost” in my weekly the, whoops, all of a sudden on the weekend I’m trying to get everything done. I think I have to go back to a daily. I’ve used an a6 daily for 5 years. Why did I switch? Who knows.
