EPISODE 3: Uncovering the Secrets of the Eternal City!
After exploring the wonders of Siena, it was time to continue our journey on our adventurous motorcycle, the Black Panther, a 2017 Harley-Davidson Street Glide CVO, towards Rome, the capital of Italy and one of the most historic cities in the world!
Rome, the Cradle of the Roman Empire:
Founded in 753 BC, Rome was the center of the powerful Roman Empire, which dominated much of Europe, Asia and Africa for more than 500 years. The city is an open-air museum, with historical monuments such as the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Roman Forum and St. Peter's Basilica, which attract millions of visitors every year.
An Unforgettable Road:
Leaving Siena behind, we hit the road on a beautiful sunny day, enjoying breathtaking landscapes. At each turn, anticipation grew as we approached the Eternal City.
Arrival in Rome:
After 240 km of adventure, we finally arrived in Rome in the late afternoon. We checked in to a top-of-the-line hotel, eager to rest and recharge our batteries to explore the city over the next few days.
Evening of Refinement:
To celebrate our arrival in Rome, we decided to have a special dinner. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a chic restaurant within the hotel, enjoying Italian cuisine and toasting the success of our expedition.
