Update on the Planet X3 version for MSX with V9990:
- All buildings (player and enemy) can be build and are working
- All vehicles can be created and are working (except for attacking)
- Enemy starts creating buildings and units and move to player base
- Resource handling is working (in this video for testing only adding up and building things is free)
