I’m pretty shredded and it’s my gym. I know I’m getting what I pay for. It’s not a hill to die on one way or another. Cheap gym with decent enough equipment and a better gym and shower when out of town than most hotels. I supplement with Olympic weight lighting but that’s a small gym only train movements, not a place for strengthening and conditioning

Had some squatters. Took a while to get them out. Decided the best way to keep future squatters out was to just not pay the electric and gas bills. That way, if anyone tries to move in and get utilities in their name, they'll have to pay off the old utility bill, which then gives me an alert that someone is trying to live in my property. (Note: The property needed work, which I was doing, then a parent passed and they moved in while I was handling estate stuff - stole my tools and claimed they did the work. Absolute hassle.)

I've moved into some ghetto-ass apartments and have never been asked to pay off someone else's utility bill.

Washingtonian here. My dad and I had a crazy squatter situation, although, somewhat unique. A decades long family friend signed over ownership of her mobile to my dad as a gift. The deal was we would take her to Florida to be with her kids in exchange for the home. Unfortunately, after we moved in, she decided to never leave. We tried to evict her. That failed. In retaliation, she put protection orders on us THREE different times, called the police on us 27 times, got adult protective services involved (since she was in her 70's), and accused my dad of coercion and me of sexual abuse. In the end, after 10's of thousands of lawyer fees, everyone lost the mobile home and my dad and I had to move to separate places after lving in hotels becuase of the protection orders. We got straight up scammed and having nothing to show for it. All these states only care about is helping criminals....

If people don’t sign up for bonusland, it’s gonna be a bloodbath.

Property rights are still alive and well in some states. In order for squatters rights to kick in in Idaho, you need a deed for the property that proves you have paid Property tax for the disputed property for at least 20 years, and you need to have lived at and made improvements to the property for 20 uninterrupted years. Honestly kind of insane that new York law says that you can just break into a home and if you're not caught for 30 days it's yours? Like, that's the legal equivalent of licking things to claim them as yours. Edit: some of you need to learn to comprehend what you're reading Jesus christ.

When I was in high school me and 2 buddies got arrested for duplicating the master key to the school, and breaking in several times we also took some stuff lol. Once I went to court my lawyer told me before walking in you’re just gonna pay a fine and it’ll be expunged in 2 years. I asked how he knew and he told me bc this morning I played golf with the DA the judge and head of the school board and that’s what you’re really paying for when u hire me. GANGSTER! lol

After watching Financial Audit, and have experienced this personally - I find that most of the time that when people say they don't have enough money, when you actually look at their monthly spending, it's mostly going to fast food and Amazon purchases. This is usually paired with having some debt for college and a vehicle and spending on a credit card you will get into a cycle where your only release is these bs purchases and fast food squirts. At the same time, they will make every excuse in the book about why they can't pay for things that are necessary or have an emergency saving but defend to the death why they needed to Grubhub 40 dollars worth of food a day. Low impulse control and immediate gratification can easily lead to spending over 50% of your monthly income on unnecessary spending. I would like to see Max's finance.

I worked around them and their many names for 20 years, but by far my favorite wasn't a strange name, it was 2 brothers who worked there who were both named Willie. Their moms forgot to get together and see what other names his various children were given I guess. I always wondered if they ever got into arguments over whom had the rights to "Willie Jr."

My husband and I just went through a 2 year long eviction case similar to this and now we'll have to be going back to court now for criminal damage to the property..its been so stressful and there's really no need for this to be such a long process, the guy was a squatter there was never a lease and he tore up the plumbing out of spite, yet we have to push for any action

They'll probably weigh the Bar exam to be more "inclusive." I believe they have imbedded certain words in the applications/registration to indicate where you fall on the intersectionality spectrum.

I've wondered if he's grown up and realized he was being brainwashed and came over and started watching. Probably hasn't though,he'd probably try to sue for rights with them using his saying 🤣

I grew up in WA state and it makes me sad to see it make the news frequently now with insane degenerative policies. The people and politicians are ruining the state.

A lot of times squatters change the locks, so the rightfull owners call the cops and then the game begins.

Because comment tickle words are just comment tickles words until actual tickles actually starts. But actual tickles speak louder than comment tickles , but at the same time comment tickles speak louder than actual tickles but sometimes it's the right thing to do.

Dumbbells go up to 80 in mine. Not racks or barbells though is true.
