PLANE SPOTTING at its BEST! Holiday Rush at Montreal-Trudeau (YUL / CYUL)

Happy holiday's everyone!
Whether you are flying down south to escape the cold or flying to see family, December is usually the busiest month for Montreal-Trudeau. The week leading to christmas sees the most traffic as many people fly in/ out of the city! To celebrate this holiday season, I thought it would be interesting to see some of the traffic at the busiest time of the year; including some of our new routes like Delhi, India and Honolulu, Hawaii.
I hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday’s! Wish you all the best as we head into the new year and I look forward to sharing more of my aviation adventures in 2022!

A Delta Boeing 717 ? Interesting ! I can't believe how far some of these airlines fly 737's . And it's amazing the number of flights to southern vacation destinations; I wonder how full the planes are. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ,Mark.

Working for a company in Montreal, the flights are pretty full, I would say a good 60-85% average. Yes southern destinations are very common for the big canadian airports, these routes are easily the most in demand. Who could blame us I worked that day on the ramp and I think it got to -21 at one point aahah!
