The people complaining about the water looking janky need to keep in mind that this is all being done on the Roblox engine, which is obviously very limited. That being said, the way the water interacts with the objects that make contact with it is very impressive and appears to be promising

I understand why your saying this. But coming from someone who did think the water was looking janky the complains were really the fact that the biggest leak we got in like 2 years was the water, it was really that we wanted a more promising leak with the times we were basically hoping and theorizing if pc2 would even happen.

honestly, I think the water physics looks really good for a Roblox game,. hopefully, the game will be like Stormworks now and you can have working submarines

Fr tho Lua is limited unlike other code languages literally i tried to port gta 3 to html and it was impossible to put all of it into one file so you could play it on a browser

(shoutout comment ) NOTE: rickje139 wants to let you guys know that the water was set to update every three frames at 30 fps which is why it looked so laggy. the framerate and frequency of the water will be adjustable in the settings menu when pc2 does come out.

Hey chiseled, I’m too young for discord so I’m making a recommendation here, would it be possible to add a forest area in the flight point map? Just a suggestion

The water is so satisfying for no reason

Hey if you have way too much free time this Thanksgiving, why don't you make a scripting/node system for builds? Instead of binding keys to a motor and having to input complex sequences of keys, you can kind of script what speed, acceleration, direction, the functions of your build has. Let's say you press the W key on a mech, it starts walking without you needing a second input like S to move the second leg (disregarding those rotating hip builds). Basically this could allow for more fidelity to source material (pros would like this). Would be a game changer.

The water physics is just insane

It’s been 5 months since this video’s release, and I’m getting more and more sceptical of the release progress. It has been a long wait, yes, it is hard to do things in rblx studio, but it’s been years of waiting. Would love to see plane crazy out soon.

apprently there might be the ability to walk in the bottom of the ship So Water wont get inside your boat/ship) which normal roblox water does not have. overall good upgrade.

I have a great idea for the Water, you can make a wave generator and a boat that will have to survive

@@ToastedBread_can confirm yes. There was an entire crisis in plane crazy with build transferring but it was resolved and rick confirmed it went alright via discord

Improving performance is a very odd way to start for most developers, but on a 3 GB ram phone? A very uncomparable improvement.

I feel like there would be a problem with the water for a specific community/aka people who make sea animals/aka me, And seeing the ball float on the surface would mean that making our "creatures" sink into the water and swim would be really hard to do. If there was a weight rework or something changed with the water then i wouldn't see any problem.
