Worship and gratitude can be given through some of the most mundane activities in our lives and essentially at any point of any given day. If we do any activity mindfully, to the best of our ability and with our intentions set on God and his glory then it will not be in vain. One of the fruits of The Holy Spirit is temperance which means self-control, discipline and on many occasions abstinence. Whether that be from food, alcohol or other hedonistic carnal desires. For its worth I give all glory of this goal and journey to my Lord. May he continue to strengthen me to move forward and overcome many obstacles as he has this one. Let him destroy my prideful nature and build me a new in the spirit, for his glory. I hope this video has edified you and give you the motivation to move forward in grace and power.
