Happy New Year and Happy Birthday Ellen! My top goal this 2020 is to stop OVERTHINKING. This habit brought sooo much unhappiness to me last year. Being too consumed with how things will turn out to be really ate a big chunk of my time, time that I can use to be more productive instead. By the way, I loove the content of this video.
