140 db means it's very deep bass?

That's the SPL I'm guessing 143 peak so you will literally start to feel your throat and insides (directly in front ofc) 25-120hz is the frequency range and 25hz is amazingly deep for a PA sub especially at that volume so given an outdoor setting the sub is able to output some of the most sub-bass known thx to the reflex design.

Jonathan VL dB is the loudness overall not spl. Spl is pressure you feel and volume Is how loud It can get.
