Rooms are rather small. Closets don't have enough space. They are beautiful though.
I like large pantries.
I remember KB homes used to sell the same home for 135k lol.

The other problem with these new builds is the poor inspections. Its all over the country. Some builds, especially in Vegas, are built on unstable ground.

Does the lot premium go towards your purchase? Or is that on top of everything?

Great question! Lot premiums are additional to the base price and upgrades.
How much are annual property taxes and monthly utilities?

Why HOA? I don’t trust these massive complex of newly constructed homes. Saw videos that scared me off new construction. I would never buy a house with an HOA. Those bedrooms are small! Fiberglass shower\tub?
Still too high in price for your money
More overpriced homes. When they are 100k less I’ll buy. These homes are not anywhere near worth these prices especially with current interest rates. 😂

Yup there's a reason Lennar, Pulte, and KB have hundreds of homes in Las Vegas they cant sell.

They need a new architect…….exterior designs are getting old….all cookie cutters, no creativity, no style, no character.
This is why I can’t stand KB homes …… EVERYTHING is an upgrade.

KB is definitely one you can customize more with upgrades . If you want a home thats more like the model when u buy, DR Horton homes are pretty much everything included.
Vegas is terrible to invest in property

That price quoted is it the price of the house and lot? Also you should show a model of the actual house not the upgraded one.

Price that you see is the base price. Not including lot premium and upgrades. I definitely would love to tour a normal house but all they have available to tour are the model homes

What would be the base price along with the lot premium price? An idea. What is lot premium? Upgrades I get. Can HOAs go up in time? Or it gets locked in when purchased. Great tour! Thanks!

@@lorgiagarcia7491 Lot premium is for certain lots that give you more yard space. These lots are usually at the end of a Cul-desac. Where the lot flares out wider towards the back. Gives space for a swim pool etc. lot premiums are ages old.
