Looking back, I will forever respect the creators who realized that their game became too real and COVID-19 was the real life Plague Inc happening literally right there and then, and created a brand new game mode out of it in support for the fight against the global pandemic.

Personally I think the game developers should update countries' responsiveness based on the Covid pandemic. IE. The US would be one of the WORST, and diseases should spread much quicker than most. And those little pop ups that say things like "curfews in effect" or "government begins handing out facemasks" should be updated to "half the country rejects disease as hoax" and "large groups still gather to spread virus."

This mode really makes you think how damn hard it is to control disease spread. It's like you try to develop cure as fast as you can, try to make people sit in their homes and stay safe but that fungus just teleports to people's homes and makes them die. Or maybe people in this game really don't take quarantine seriously (relatable, btw)
