Bio weapon is impossible, my only "win" was it burning itself out after killing all but 8 million ish people during the 2 months of authority immunity. Time to see if Pravus has what it takes, cause it definitely is the virus that turns boys into men.

All you gotta do is hit the quarantine buttons and wait as it gradually gets stronger killing it's hosts faster and faster to the point where it can't spread bc it's too lethal.

Actually, the game rounds off the amount of deaths the pathogen caused to such a number, so if, say, 71,686,041 people die, the game rounds it off to 72,000,000 people dying.

This video proves recommendations are faster than notifications.

@@dillydragonthetroll4119 you don't need to do that. If you go for a lengthy strategy where you let the whole world die, your authority will collapse. It is easier to get recoveries and then protect them with quarantines. Even easier than that is to close the starting continent off and just stop it there.

Nanovirus in Plague mode: Pretty hard takes 2-5 attempts. Nanovirus in cure mode: Toaster bath

Nanovirus isn't too hard in plague mode, it's mostly luck based as you have to hope it enters the island countries before they close up. But yeah, cure mode nanovirus is toaster bath.

Last time I played cure mode bioweapon killed so quickly you could win without doing anything to help the population. And just let the bioweapon do all the work whilst you cover up the deaths. Absolutely broken strategy.

@@theregularterrarian3933 people can recover from the bioweapon which means they are re immune to the infection. Because yes. So you can win off of them surviving. Besides the effects of panic is reduced by a special ability that gives you 250 authority. So you can win with this strategy.

@@comradejeb2248 It only works when you save both americas (by closing airports and seaports) and put the agents on China so they aren’t infected, other way the authority will fall

I got so close to losing, I had exactly 1 point of authority with 95% of the kill code found, when I realized I could refund the quarantines to get the points needed to freeze authority

Fungus is tricky, but if you Just activate lockdowns on continents that have a lot of cases, and reduce the fatality rate a lot, you should be fine. Recommend getting new infrastructure to slow down the authority loss caused by high infection numbers.

Yep, I oddly had no real issues with prion, but I had a nightmare of a time with the nano-virus. It's the only plague that I haven't beaten on mega-brutal yet(probably because I haven't tried, since had enough of it after I finally beaten it on 'normal' lol).

Nanovirus is really hard. Knowing when to use the Cycle Suspension is absolutely critical.

I guess as soon as possible, but after kill-code supercomputing and the cold/heat resistance (just like Pravus did). Because you obviously want faster research and slower spread as early as possible. So should you buy it as late as possible? Probably not, because with high deaths, research speed will go down again, so you probably will want to have that happen as late as possible.

Technically, it does. When you play as the cure on mega brutal, people give the infected hugs, believe fake news, presumably don't wash their hands, etc, which is basically the casual difficulty for when you play as the plague, lol. To think that saving the world is hard because people are being incredibly stupid...

This is getting good. I am thinking the bio weapon is going to drive you insane

Hi, Pravus!!! I love to put your old plague inc videos on while I'm doing art or graphic design because listening to you is funny and relaxing! I was so happy to see you were back and doing Cure Mode with it!

Lowkey disappointed that they don't have one for the zombie virus, but hey. Good stuff as usual pravus!

The funny thing is that in my first attempt of beating it at mega brutal I discovered the origin country immediately somehow. This led to me locking the disease in 1 continent and winning with only 2.6 million deaths.

He really did it! HE REALLY DID BEAT NANO VIRUS ON MEGA BRUTAL!?!?!?!?

Oh man i cant wait for, and sincerely hope that they eventually add the special disease to the cure mode like Vampire and Monkey and Zombie

Funny thing is too, there was vids where someone brute forced the virus to die off on it's own.... Less than 200 mil people were alive at the end, but still showed you were able maintain authority much more than you'd think.

Yep story of my life, Pravus. I’ve been playing this for IOS to get it done on normal mode for days and I wanted to tear my hair out! I managed last night which is such a relief! How I did it was to get the special abilities for the kill code and get the pro cations that reduces the lethality and infection rates. I also get the bits to increase the speed of the vaccine and put the entire world on high alert to make them aware this sh*t is real!

I honestly want to know how many attempts pravus took to beat the mad cow disease, because it took me 89 restarts or about 18 hours

Fun Fact: While You are Enjoying watching this, Our Almighty Lord Pravus is having a mental breakdown trying to cut the Bio-Weapon

So since there is now a cure mode for Plage Inc, what're the chances of a PvP mode, with one player making a plague and the other working on the cure?

Bio weapon is gunna be an absolute pain

There's a lot of very intriguing opportunities to make books are stories about stuff like this. Like imagine the aftermath of 72 million people dying in roughly six months.

I think it would be cool to have a multiplayer mode where one player controls the disease and the other plays cur mode. There could be a head start for the plague.

Hey Pravus which one is worse Bio weapon Cure mode or Nano virus cure mode cause you said both are extremely hard

It's curious that in main game the killcode is broadcasted in day 1 and here you have to develop it

I beat it first when it spread to every continent. I just locked down the entire world in quarantine with leftover points so panic didnt thrash me as hard as it normally would have. I always get 1-2 stars on mega brutal, but for me, it is winning that matters not the score.

It would be interesting if you had the option to build your own nanomachines to fight the nanovirus and can customise it to do different things. Though I don't want to think about what two types of nanomachines waging war against each other would do to someone.

Probably not since machines this small have to run on chemical energy so an emp might not do any good Although this is just my thoughts on this
