Amazing. Very commendable. You missed Penang' s pork momos and Shangrila's chicken spring rolls. They are iconic tastes of DJ. Not to miss out the traditional tibetan beef ghema and tibetan bread of Darjeeling.
This is by far the best food vlog of Darjeeling I've seen. I hope this video reaches to people as much as possible.

At night you require light jackets. You will get local food near keventers, all street food.

Here in India you will find chicken in most places but definitely you should ask before ordering

If you want a budget hotel then you can stay at Jai hotel near smart bazar mall or if you want luxury stay then you can stay at Ramada near mall road.
