Dziekuje bardzo for these videos. My mom is Polish and I used to speak in Polish with my babcia when I was little but I've forgotten most of it. I appreciate that you speak very slowly, it helps a ton because that's the hardest part for me. Fast spoken Polish mostly sounds like a long series of "szszczczszsczcz" ahah.

I appreciate how Justyna speaks slowly for us who are trying to learn. The words are easier to hear and do not run together with her. Thanks! I look forward to visiting Poland and speaking Polish. Maybe I will visit Katowice and possibly run into you guys on the street making another video.

I think this is a good thing to point out. When Justyna says "W kościele modlą się katolicy" (Catholics pray in a church), this does have a specific meaning in Polish. See, depending on your denomination, your temple is called differently in Polish. There is: Protestant "zbór", Orthodox "cerkiew", Jewish "synagoga" (or "bożnica") and so on and forth. This is a good indicator to differentiate "świątynia" (temple) and "kościół (church, but specifically Catholic one, even if not stated otherwise). There might be exceptions for it (various Protestant churches explicitly use "Kościół" in their name, always capitalised), but rule of a thumb is: "kościół" is the temple of the Catholics, not "any given Christians" or "any given religious temple". Might be handy if you happen to not be Catholic yourself, and looking for a temple, or else you will be pointed to the nearest Catholic church.
