That was a slur against the piano, not Stefan. He's saying the piano was malfunctioning maybe bc it didn't like a gay man playing it.

It's really great that they dedicated especially this song to the "Man in Black"! seems to be a good choice! the homophobic piano is of course a shame *lol*
