PLACE & BUFF TECHNIQUE
This is a technique I learned from some other artists last year! It doesn’t get much easier than this with your Eyeshadow Brush and eyeshadow colors.
Also, I’ll show how our cream eyeshadow can be used as a primer (vs the brightening highlight color I used yesterday)! Tangled cream shadow is a beautiful addition for under the eyebrow or to enhance your shimmer color!
