Looks great and thanks for doing this pizza cook. I've had my 360 for a little over 4 years and pizza is one thing I've not cooked on it yet. Watching your cook, I think I prefer the pizza stone version.
Made my own dough in the bread maker. Did the base on the PK without the stone, was the best pizza I've ever had. Did chicken and cranberry. Thank you
Just tried this method with the pizza stone on my new Original. got the temp to 500. Proceeded to burn the bottom of two pizzas. I know how to cook pizza. the stone was too hot. My thermometer is where it's supposed to be. Any ideas? Are the coals too close to the stone? I see a Weber video out there using an indirect method. any ideas?
Think I'll try both methods this weekend. You make it look so easy!

Pizzas are great on the PK’s. Pick a fish to grill next.
This grill looks amazing but honestly for the size it's just a bit too expensive. If it was under like $600 I feel that would be a great. It is a quality grill so the "buy once cry once" method i'm sure applies here.
How ‘bout a GF pizza dough on the grill. Not the same characteristics and it’s heavier than regular dough
