Been thinking of getting the Ardore but not available in the USA. Have an Ooni now and really don't mind the difference in temperature front and back as the pie always gets rotated anyway.
Great review!👍Indeed a a bummer that the price has gone up so much. But I just ordered mine yesterday evening! For me the saputo biscotto cooking floor an the better placement of the burner makes it worth. Best small gas oven on the market in MOHO

Thanks for the comparison with the Koda 16. But, gotta say, I strongly disagree that the 16" size of the Koda is unusable due to heat distribution issues. It takes a little working with, granted. But definitely possible. For larger pizzas you just have to keep it turning and drop the flame right back at the start. Now, the Koda 12 on the other hand definitely has heat distribution issues to the point of it being a massive design flaw IMO (I upgraded from that to the 16). But the Koda 16 is fantastic, especially for doing standard 12-14" pizzas. That said, I've just ordered a PizzaParty Emozione with the Biscotto, for what should hopefully be another step up! Thanks again for the vid.

Do the stones hold heat well? Would you be able to make many pizzas in a row? I have a roccbox and after 2 pizza's I need to let it heat up again. Great videos! 👍

I screwed holes on top of the stands where the oven sits and just laid 4 pieces of tiles on top - it is abolutely no problem with the heat... though pizzaparty says you must not do it like this... for me it is just right! greez from vienna/austria
If you only could chose one: your beloved ooni pro or the adore which would you chose?

hey nelli! that's easy! If you want just a pizzaoven for mainly neapolitan style pizza get the ardore... if you want one for all kinds of pizza and other dishes as well get the pro (for the choice between these two!) let me know how you decided! greez from vienna, hinze

@@hinze55555 thanks for that answer! Im from Australia so to get the Ardore is significantly more expensive. In saying that im most likely not going to use tge oven for any other dishes. Also was considering the Roccbox

The pro is a little bigger that may be helpful as a beginner! You can’t go wrong with either the roccbox or the pro!!!!!!
ordering one soon. would you get the refractory, the saputo or both? and why please, a bit confused

Hey! Take the Saputo! It gives you the flexibility for Neapolitan style and normal pizza!

Hines, I'm thinking about buying the alpa one gas oven, are they good? Your thoughts? I'm also looking at the edil gas oven..

@@josippletes6544 Hey, I haven't used one personally but the insolation of the alfa is even better as the one from the pizzaparty so it'll give you even more event temps as the pizzaparty - and the job of the pizzaparty is not bad as well (as you see in the video!!) so it'll be good!

hey! What a pity... If you do not want to go for an ooni or roccbox you could try an alfa one gas ... these are pretty awesome ovens as well! a little more expensive as the pizzaparty but also built better! - the gozney dome is an option of course as well! hope that helps!

@@hinze55555 Thanks for the response! Have you tried/seen the Bakerstone pizza oven (the dedicated version so the heat is all trapped inside). it has stones on all sides and they claim it can go up to 800F.
Can I use natural gas in Canada? I think it’s a propane line?

I‘d say 14-15 inches
Für diesen Preis bekommt man schon fast einen Zio Ciro Subito Cotto Mini. Hab ihn für 945€ erworben und das ist ein Kuppelofen. Also eine ganz andre Liga ;)

ja, sicher es kommt halt immer drauf an, was man will.. derzeit ist er ja billiger drum hab ich ihn auch getestet, es ist schon ein guter ofen. Der Zio ist mir mit dem Avanzini brenner ein bisserl zu unsicher - hab eh schon über meine Erfahrungen mit den Brennern von Avanzini ein Video gemacht aber jeder wie er meint. Mit dem richtigen Pizzaiolo kommen fast überall gute ´Pizze raus :))) greez hinze

@@hinze55555 ja das hab ich mitbekommen. Komisch, dass der Brenner bei dir nicht läuft. Ich hab meinen eingestellt und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Wichtig ist auch, dass du den Ofen mit der großen Flamme aufheizt, und sobald du die Pizza in den Ofen gibst, auf die kleine Flamme umschaltest. Ich bekomm damit perfektes Leoparding hin

@@Jan-yj5mo nein! Derzeit benutze ich hauptsächlich den Effe (Saisonbedingt) und hoffe auf baldige Erwärmung damit ich draußen wieder abwechselnd den Valoriani, ooni und PIZZAPARTYnehmen kann 🤪 Je nach Lust und Laune… Und Zeit…
I wish I would have purchased this over the koda 16. I enjoy the koda, but truly it’s a lin engineered catastrophe in many ways.
This is insane you could buy it for 650 Euro in germany. I maybe buy it for my birthday
Such a shame the price doubled for this

@@hinze55555 Supply and demand doesn’t double the cost and can become prohibitive long term as it’s a fine line balancing short and long term strategies, all the same it looks a great oven, also a great video by the way Hinze thank for sharing 👍

@@hinze55555 Probably needs to go back to the old price given the current competition, especially when looking at Bertello Grande 16 inch and the Halo Versa 16.
