I like the small melody in the title card intro for War. It's a small detail and other songs have something similar, but something about the way this one sounds feels heavy and tragic, and the penultimate level. Probably because war is all of those things.

The Ancient Cheese (0:30) reaaally reminds me of "Você E Eu, Eu E Você" from Tim Maia, I cannot hear it without singing the hook from that song

That part in unexpectancy is a reference to this song. Unexpectancy part 3 has leitmotifs from many Pizza Tower songs (The Death That I Deservioli, Cold Spaghetti, Tombstone Arizona, Oregano Desert, Don't Preheat Your Oven)

I just now realized the refrigerator Refrigerador freezarator title card with peppino and the cheese slime might be a South Park reference

Yea i suspected that This comparison just sounds weird

The sound in the background of the “Doo”s oddly reminds me of the Wii U and 3DS (you can hear clearly at 5:04). Not sure what specifically, maybe the eShop? There’s just something about that twinkling star-like sound that reminds me of those consoles

They do.. well, kind of, apparently the screen that appears when you enter the boss portal counts as a titlecard

i love playing through and listening to the music listening for the title card

I dont know why but ive always thought "WAR"'s titlecard sounded too calm for the level

I love how the title cards are quite mixed with the song itself.

I was struggling to find what the motifs were in Fun Farm, Gnome Forest, and Peppibot Factory, so thank you for compiling this!

Would you make a video on all the motifs in Unexpectancy? It's got like several, and it's such a GOATed final boss theme

Some spoilers ahead: Gotta love how TCTOP's title card doesn't even have a jingle, since technically it's just pure silence before we knock out the last pillar John, because that's where Its Pizza Time would play, but instead we get a completely different variation of it. Dunno if the devs thought of my interpretation but even if it's meaningless, that's a rad as hell detail.

The motif of Pizzascape’s tracks is actually Powerhouse, which is most famously used in several Warner Brothers cartoons from the Golden Age of Animation, as well as Madness Combat and SpongeBob.

So many people think that the cards make a song when put together but the cards are just based on the music in the level

Fun Facts: Thousand March (much like It’s Pizza Time!) has a special percussion system at the end that makes it sound like marching steps. (In It’s Pizza Time!, it’s spaced one second apart to sound like clock ticking.) Pizzascare and Pizzascape originally had their themes swapped way before Pizza Tower’s first demo was released Leaning Dream has a variant in the files called “Leaning Nightmare.” If you’ve played the SAGE 2019 Demo, as I have, you’ll find that it is the song that plays when you run out of time in Snick’s Challenge.
