fun fact: an earlier version of the noise fight actually *Did* have you as Gustavo and Brick! Noise wouldve kidnapped peppino or something like that and used him as a human shield/projectile, but it was changed to peppino for Various Reasons

I doubt every level would be possible at that point, their moveset is slightly different but different enough where I can see that happening.

Honestly, seeing how Gustavo can launch Brick into the enemy, I'm starting to feel like it's very reminiscent of the Bubble and Squeak game for Sega Genesis, where you control Squeak leading Bubble around and giving him commands.

If there is ever extra content for this game, I want a boss fight where you get to play as these two.

Gustavo asked Peppino to challenge the Noise. Peppino wasn't sure about that idea, but gave him a try. They both are satisfied now

i really wish they got their own exclusive boss. would've been perfect if you had to tag them in when re-matching the vigilante at the end, especially since peppino didn't have a gun to fight back with, but at least gustavo still helps.

4 player mode should be added: Playable characters being: Peppino. The Noise. Gustavo and Brick. The Objective would be to just play the game normally: albeit with a score system, the more score you have for yourself, you win the match. Here would be the Boss Reactions: Peppino: the normal one Noise: Like Peppino: screaming but with the eyes popping out Gustavo and Brick: just him looking concerned. Each Character would have a Bonus Gustavo and Brick take less longer to rebound when crashing into a wall. Peppino: The Fastest One The Noise: He’s the highest jumper. Update: Ok so Snick I guess should be a playable character as well, but with a catch: you must beat the game with all S ranks, since *S is for Snick.* Vigilante can be a basic playable character. So 4 Player I guess. (I changed the 3 Player mode to 4) Vigilante can (obviously!) shoot enemies and other players, and steal their score points Snick can climb walls without charging and climb walls faster than Peppino charging up the wall. Maybe also An Arena Mode where you have to brawl with eachother and deal the most damage.

Noise is absolutely coming, the question is whether he'll be a simple Peppino clone (His moveset with the skateboard), or have his own moveset with the pogo. Gustavo & Brick would make half of the levels impossible to beat. I am disappointed that they appear so little besides in small references, but still Pepperman was just Peppino with a shoulder bash, nothing special. Vigilante had some cool moves but it wasn't fun to design around him. The only weird exception is Snick. Snick is technically a better Peppino, but it feels as if McPig wants to ignore his existence. He appears in simple references rather than in any bigger spot.

You can tell why Gustavo/Brick wasn’t used in the bosses easily after watching this, being able to throw Brick makes this fight so much easier, the bosses are obviously made for Peppino and only Peppino.

Finally, someone who used parries. It’s always really cool to watch someone chain them, and the way it lets you get rid of bombs which would normally damage you is extremely useful.

Looking at the description I imagine the reason why the Vigilante Crashes is because Gustavo can't wield the pistol. For Fake Peppino I say its because he copies whatever outfit you have available. For Pizzaface the only problem with that guy I could see would be Phase 3 depending on how the massive beatdown attack is handled

I find it an interesting tidbit where Gustavo's hurt animation when Brick isn't with him, to be directly referencing Mario's death animation from Super Mario World. The tiny shaded eyes, open mouth and flailing of the arms and legs.

you can play as the Noise by using "player_room characterselect A" and picking him (broken state but somewhat playable). while using keyboard you can see "PRESS A TO JOIN" above the other player's head but i haven't found a way to activate co-op; pressing A just selects P1 no matter what. maybe you'd have more luck tinkering with it?

I'm completely aware of playable Noise. Though, I haven't dabbled with co-op yet, I've seen some people be successful with it before. Also, there's a tab on the UndertaleModTool that is named "Rooms", which is not that hard to find. Once you find that, click the drop down and it should let you see every room in the game, even unused/scrapped levels.

Damn, i was unaware that Gnome Forest and Pig City are their only appearances. Genuinely would kill to have more levels with Gustavo and Brick (Hopefully the game gets some sort of DLC involving them or a new playable character)

It's a Brick... Mouse Mighty mighty, letting it all hang out.

It's always satisfying to see other people mess with games like this via debug consoles. When I first bought valve games like L4D2 on pc I spent hundreds of hours just messing with console commands and seeing what I can do. All that curiosity fueled by playing other valve titles on xbox. Hell I messed around with it so much I found specific lines of commands that let you use special infected abilities as survivors, or playing as an infected in the campaign against AI.

after 2 months i finally figured out how to open the debug mode

i just realised the entirety of the noises boss arena is inflatable you can see bandaid patches on the floor and stuff and also what looks to be a plug also on the floor i also realised when the noise balloon crashes into the building it gets 2 holes in it i wonder why noise has so many balloon related things

If you bump into a wall on mach 1 or 2, you turn into Gustavo, so you don't necessarily need to get hurt

There should be an alternate mode where you can play as Gustavo & Brick through out the game normally. Tho due to their varying playstyles, Peppino's levels might not work so well. The level design of Peppino's levels and Gustavo & Bricks are pretty different tbh.

This is the first I've heard of a dev console for this game, so just asking here, how can you access it? I'd be interested in screwing around myself if it's not too much trouble to get working.

They should make a sequel where the noise and Gustavo + brick go on a adventure to save peppino from pizza face or noise wants revenge on pizza face cuz he hates pizza.. kinda like a donkey Kong country 2 thing

I think it would be great if we got DLC or a free-update with Gustavo levels.

Fun fact: you can get the shotgun that is in DMAS, WAR and CTOP by using the console to get noclip and then go to the room on the left of the door you enter the door in (note: you cant trigger the triggers that get you to a differient room while in noclip mode) then, you climb up the room, grab the shotgun there and you got a shotgun you can bring anywhere
