the reason this happens is because the super taunt kills the boss this wouldnt be a problem except for the fact that it transitions into the escape killing him prevents the escape from happening, thus crashing the game this also applies to the final boss as well because of the final piledriver

I think Prototype 2 did kinda the opposite. You fight Alex Mercer, who you have all the same powers of, and if you use the same power he is using, he says "I'm using that!" While ripping you a new one with a devastating counter move.

i like to think that Peppino is actually teaching his clone how to do the things he does properly by demonstrating them

I love that the first time you play the game, the boss pic for fake peppino is just a mirrored version of peppino, but on route 2 or after you reset the game, it shows that it’s fake peppino.

I had a simular idea myself but I never recorded myself doing it (not sure if I ever even beat it). The only difference is that I required the use of the mach run during the head throwing phase since after throwing the head he runs in a similar manner to how the mach run works and, as an extra challenge, I had to perry the projectiles during the taunting phase Anyway, good job on actually completing the fight in this way

Actually, considering is thrown, I think it may be supposed to be Enemy Grab Into Throw Aka you can imitate in the Final Boss fight by throwing Gustavo

This is like a mirror match in a fighting game except neither one wins because all the moves clash.

Although the game crashes if you super taunt fake peppino in his fight, super taunting him in the rematch (final boss) glitches the whole fight out, skipping the last part entirely. Edit: as of the noise update, you can now recreate 2 more moves with extra accuracy (the brain throw and running on ceilings), the throw is obvious and running on ceilings can to some extent be done by flying with the crusher.

By throwing his head, Peppino fake exactly replicates how Peppino throws enemies at bosses

Fun fact: During the clone bodyslam, just stand in the center. They get close to you but then they start do jump left or right and when they try to slam you, they seem to be far away

The rank card at the end actually scared the shit out of me.

i've tried doing this as well and it was fun. altho in my version i don't jump when he's just doing grab moves since he doesn't jump. still possible to dodge them by baiting the attack and using grab to dash away. i also tried to make it even harder after that by trying to think of something for the brain throw part. what i came up with is to do only the moves he can't do which was to long jump -> dive -> piledrown slam. Or if attacking that way at the moment isn't convenient, sometimes i'll just do the slide to both dodge under the head and get behind brainiac peppino fast enough to also avoid without normal jumping,. but that ended up being annoying and i never fully finished the challenge that way

That attack can be avoided while you stand in place, which makes it so easy you will probably understand.

At times, Fake Peppino's theme sounds like a Neon White song.
