You can pull two slices at a time off the portioner to double the speed of this setup. Of course you'd need two auto platers as well.

That's a great idea. I'll try it the next time for sure 👍
with 2 more grabbers you could have moved your setup in the lobby over 1 space you could have used the room that had the oven in it for more coffee tables

That's absolutely correct. Although I have another more recent video where you can see that the fact that I had coffee tables in a separate room became a problem, and the time that the customers take to travel that distance actually made me lose the game at OT30 something. But still agree that it would have been an improvement.
