I think devs stopped careing about campaign and so the bugs appeared

I have a bug where when I die, I don’t go the menu but still stay in the game, I can’t move but the enemies are still damaging me and I when I press the buttons they don’t do anything but make the click sound. Any help?

I also have this issue idk why it has the texture of the original type of enemy

Thats why i quit the game
