As an iPhone 15 pro user…go with the pixel or any other premium android there are plenty of options…the lack of innovation in iPhone is just ridiculous for what they charge you.

I totally agree I’m about to switch back to android from my iPhone because I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of innovation and all the bugs with the newer iOS updates. I’ve been considering the P8 because it’s stock android and is always innovating.

I've witnessed many Apple folks trying the Pixel and the majority have been very happy. . I have the Pixel 8 and have been pleased. It's a solid choice. I bought the Pixel 8 on "special" Google promotion for $549.00. A great phone at a great price.

The novelty wears off once the Pixel starts crashing in apps and experiencing major slowdowns update after update. Don't get such issues with iPhones. Can use the same phone for 5 years without trouble.

Yes i agree with @portman8909... novelty wears off and then ur hit with the hard reality - no matter how google phone is.. play store and all the apps are way worse coded and the experience on google software app wise is miles behind what developers do for ios. Yes its higly customizable and thats it. Im 39... i wont sit all day changing icons ,skins , themes, ringtones and bs.. i want the best app experience and google is years behind how different apps feel on ios and unfortunately i dont see how this will improve unless google stop selling android and keep it only for pixel. Then developers can focus only on their phones and get equal to quality to ios phones. This will never happen cuz they do tons more by selling their OS . Inevitable garbage software experience. I know there will be some google knight around whos going to defend his superb experience ... dont try mate i have both its GARBAGE.

Pixel 8 - better value for sure. iPhone 15 - still amazing well balanced base iPhone you can buy. I went with Pixel 8 after using the iPhone 15 for a month because I don't feel the price difference between the two doesn't justify me using the iPhone (as well as the iPad and Apple Watch Ultra 2)

I don't get why people think cameras are so important. I always skip over that portion of the video. The way I see it, even the iPhone SE 2022 has a great camera. Anything better than that is more than enough for me.

Great video! Me personally as a current iPhone user with all the annoying bugs and lack of innovation, I’d say go with the Pixel 8. Apple has really went downhill the last 2-3 years having so many bugs with new iOS updates. It’s all subjective based on what you like but after my experience lately on iPhone I’m done with iOS for a while maybe for good.

Nice vid bro good work I like these kind of videos comparing the smaller flagships with each other keep up the great work.

In Sweden, a iPhone 15 is 8795 SEK (820USD) vs Pixel 8 Pro is 9999 SEK (933 USD)

I personally like both and would buy either. Apple just needs to reduce their prices a bit

Why the pixel 8?

You will notice the limits of the 60hz and that 6gb ram way faster than the tensor's This is from an iPhone and pixel user Ios has become so bloated that 4gb ram is only equal to 6gb on stock android and 6gb is on par or worse than 8gb on the pixel or even samsung nowadays which has amazing ram management

I just want a small phone with a pro max battery

I've bought an iphone 15 from the pixel 7 but I had to refund it, the 60hz display was awful, I don't know how they can charge you like 900 bucks and still with a 60hz display

ah, I have my Pixel 8a in battery save mode, so I only have 60Hz. Its smooth enough for me. Only if you gaming a lot, 60Hz is a problem. Heck not even videos on youtube are often 60fps.

2 years ago, I bought a A52s 5G for $150.. it had a Snapdragon 778G same as the nothing phone that came later. That was a budget phone for me. $700.. not so much :)

I'm really confused between pixel 8 and OnePlus 12. Pixel 8 because of compact size and OnePlus because of battery life and fast charging.

Depends on which phone you're getting. In the s series of Samsung, is it 21, 22, 23 or 24? For pixel is it 7 or 8 series and for apple I'd suggest if money isn't an issue to start from the 13 series upwards

I have a pixel 7 pro and it's on the Google Fi network I don't have issues with it it's Peppy takes nice pictures too The battery lasts all day with me surfing the Internet doing medical research, texting and emails. I really don't have a need for anything "BETTER". I will say the one down fall is the bright sun and seeing your screen. When at the beach in Florida and not a cloud in the sky I struggle seeing the screen. My eyesight isn't super good either plus I don't really care to be looking at a screen when at the beach aside from taking some pictures, which they come out great even though I can't see the screen so good at the time. Had issues with the pixel 5a 5g overheating, that's not been a problem with pixel 7 pro for me anyways. I have rather small hands and have to use two hands always have with android the only phone I didn't need two hands with was an older iPhone but hated apple because it was hell transferring to my desktop that wasn't apple. Hope this helps you decide 😊
