Pivot door & floor spring installation on wooden door

Hi everyone. Before the installation i had tried to get reference for the installation of pivot door, but wasn't available online. so i tried to explain the steps as simple to understand. This is a video on the installation of pivot & floor spring installation on wooden door & wooden frame and on granite flooring. We had used Hettich floor spring model FS 844. DUAL SPEED TYPE 150 kg loading capacity with 1100mm offset.

Door ഫ്രെയിമിൻ്റെ നേരെ താഴെ ബെൽറ്റ് ആണ്. അപ്പൊൾ door spring ഫിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ പിറ്റ് എടുക്കാൻ പ്രോബ്ലം ആവില്ലേ.
ഇതു വെച്ചത് കൊണ്ടുള്ള പ്രയോജനം എന്താണ് എന്നു പറഞ്ഞാൽ കൊള്ളാം

Prajeesh, if you use floor spring with good quality bearing, it last for long time. In market pivot fittings are available from Rs 740 (Chinese) and way up to 89,000 ( Hafele brand). Also keep in mind about the capacity / weight of door with floor spring rating while purchasing it. I have seen lot of areas where the pivot fittings capacity is 40 kg and door where fixed with more than 60 kg. If we don’t comply the manufacture recommendations, then failure is eminent. Also in worst case scenario is door is sagged to one side there is a room for adjustment to sort it.
