They let it go when its a defending player as long the fresh player doesn't touch the puck until the guy changing steps off.. Why not give offensive players the same benefit

The pens were literally changing too early the whole Overtime and it affected plenty of chances for the devils. They should have been called much sooner for too many men on the ice.

Pens won't go anywhere in the playoffs if they make the playoffs. They should have let Malkin go and got some good players in return, but Crosby killed that. In the long run it's going to hurt Pittsburg.
