The Partnership to Inspire Transform and Connect HIV response (PITCH) was a five-year HIV response project launched in Kenya in 2016. It was a strategic partnership funded by the Ministry of foreign affairs Netherlands and led by @Aidsfonds Netherlands and @Frontline AIDS UK. The project had an ambitious goal of ending HIV in countries that are highly affected.
