Love my PBC! This past weekend, I used 7 Pit Barrel Cookers and a Weber kettle to cook 32 racks of ribs, 24 tri tip, 60 chicken thighs + competition chicken, ribs, and tri tip. Grand Champion in the amateur division of a local BBQ cook-off. Everyone was amazing at the quantity and quality of the food. Even wore my PBC hat!

Looks awesome, can't wait to do this on my Pit Barrel! I love that you have to use your power drill and cooking over fire! Good Stuff!

Beautiful Steak. Love how you utilized the bone hanger. I usually pick them up and turn them with the bone handle when on the weber. I'll remember that tip. LOL It's time for me to uncover the PBC and fire it up again. Gotta love the SMOKE too.

A Pit Barrel Cooker is my next purchase. Although it is about a month's wait for them to be back in stock here in Australia. Noticed you're a lefty too - Represent!! Lefty's make better cooks!!

Looks awesome and this might be my first thing I cook in my PBC (it arrived yesterday!), but I cringe every time I see you hold a knife.

Ok had to watch a couple of times. How were you able to use the hooks? How did you punch a hole? Thank you for this video because I will definitely do this.

There is zero useful information in this video? How about Size of the Steak, How you got it to hang on the hook (aka Drill bit size), how long the cook took....? Anything.
