Usually, alphas are the strongest and most intelligent. In some universes, omegas are weaker, and sometimes they are poorly treated in society (it depends on the author of the universe because the rules of the omegaverse can change depending on who writes the story). Anyway, there are much more to say about omegaverse but I advice you to read Love Shuttle or Love is an illusion if you want to know more ^^
