Yes I am scared as the last time I gambled on 3 different situations…I lost so now I feel it’s not worth it. I rather have 5 cents in my pocket than none.

I cannot tell you the anxiety I feel when I hear “get out there!” I’m an introvert and have spent me life forcing myself to be an extrovert and get out there! I always wind up feeling overwhelmed and frustrated bc it’s just not me 😢. What do I do?

I’m sorry, I know it’s hard. I suffer with the same but the more isolated you remain the harder the anxiety gets. Start going out to small short visits .. don’t over exert yourself and also don’t have to be social just go out and be present and delightful but yes gave the fear and do it anyway because the fear is always there 😖😖😖
