I suggest going in the technical field because further after getting experience, there's chances to grow more

1.Alloy steel (P91) Ka pipe flange shutdown me khula hai lekin boxup k time per new gasket missing ho gya to kya old gasket laga k boxup kar sakte hai. 2.Alloy steel line me kun se type ka gasket use hota hai? Please explane answer in detail.

Thanks for your question, the answer to your first question is like it depends upon the condition of the gasket so it's totally decided by qc team like is that acceptable or not but 90% chances are not acceptable old gaskets for final box up and secondly gasket is totally depends upon the type of flange like which types of flange is available like weld neck, rtj, slip-on along with it depends upon the service of the process fluid so if you can provide all details then only we can decide or you can follow pipe spec for better understanding.
