17:17 normally Roaring Ride _is_ RNG, but for Piper, it isn't. This is because with the multiple hits from her EX skill, she can actually maintain full uptime on all three buffs while she's spinning (if you read the effect carefully, it says that multiple effects can be active at once). I'd say this is easily her BiS which makes sense since it was made for her; both Anomaly Proficiency and Build-up Rate in the effect makes it extremely strong, especially with extra phases/refinements if you get lucky.

Roaring Ride is her signature and her BiS because her fast spinning will easily proc all of íts potential buffs simultaneously as they are not mutually exclusive

Roaring ride isn't really random it can have all 3 buff active at the same time it just doesn't stack multiple multiple of the same buff

Piper Lucy and Neko are my go to team and the three of them work amazingly together. I’ve got my Lucy built with 4 piece freedom blues for that anomaly res down buff and two piece fanged metal for the physical attack boost. She is able to Proc assault pretty quickly with her spinning wheel of death and she’s consistently doing 41K+ of damage when it activates. Got my neko with 4 piece fanged metal for that damage boost when piper procs the assault as well as 2 piece being the crit rate up one. Lucy has 4 piece swing jazz for that damage boost to the team and 2 piece hormone punk for the atk up

Another tip is you can swap cancel the slam down of piper. (It's like calcharo is you play wuwa)

You don't need a perfect dodge. Any dash attack combos into 3rd basic attack that allows you to activate skill instantly. I honestly have no idea it it's better or worse than normal basic chain.

is the piper team better than the grace team for a 2nd team (1st is ellen ice) considering having all units?

Roaring tide is piper signature. she gets passive that gives proficiency and mastery

wad version is this? bc piper stack doesnt refresh unless u hit the 2nd stage of her ex special which consumes 10 energy just merely pressing special doesnt refresh the duration... its not possible to have piper stacks up for continuous rotations

Can you do a rotation with piper grace. As in how to get the best out of disorder team with her.

Another tech I want to include is that you can swap out of her final stage of her E and the animation would still go through after you swap out. You can do this on most characters that have long animation, ellen 3rd na, wolf boi charged na or e, etc. This is pretty significant for Piper thanks to how long her slam animation is. AND the off-field character can't trigger anomaly. They can build but can't proc. So you can swap out of Piper, leaving physical anomaly at 99.99% then come back to her, do na and get assualt immediatly plus discord if you have other active anomaly for free.

@@ruhmankhalid6675 Piper can be played without Lucy or another physical unit. Currently, her top team seems to be Grace Rina and Piper

PIPER, Grace and LUCY are literally perfect team for ASSAULT anomaly.

I thought it was a bad roll when I got her twice. Nope, she's actually great! Running the Nekomata/Piper/Lucy build. I like the design, like a hot rod engine. Gotta keep hittin the gas.

That’s my go to team too! I also use the gun bangboo as it helps Piper Proc that assault quickly. Got mine semibuilt and she’s able to trigger 40k of damage thru assault just doing normal battles without any buffs

Correct me if im wrong. Do 1:10/1:55 to get to max stacks. Then 3:53 to mantain the max stacks to keep 18% dmg increase and maximum dmg with slam. Piper, Lucy and Nekomata would be the best for this. Lucy has low field time so you can do a buff+quick assist on nekomata while easily maintaining the max piper stacks. You COULD use a stunner but try to keep the field time as low as possible so you could mantain pipers stacks IF you can. Note: Getting Assault increasses the daze dmg a target takes for a period of time so a stunner isnt really needed Edit: you gotta do 3 m1s first then hold skill if you want to keep the max stacks when you dont have energy

This my go to team. Start with Lucy first and she usually able to instantly quick assist into piper simply by pressing her ex move button once. Piper then basic attacks until her energy full then straight into the spinning wheel of death which with my current build of her procs assualt pretty quickly doing 40k of damage and then it’s switch into neko who uses either dodge counters or straight up uses her ex move (if she has enough energy) to get that boost from the enemy being afflicted by the assault

The standard attacks don't even need the third hit to get the speed up special. For whatever reason you only need to basic attack twice (even though the tool tip says 3).
