Pipe Flow Simulation - Beginner Tutorial [Autodesk CFD]

Just a quick video on how to simulate water in a pipe with different diameters and bends! I hope you find this video helpful.
Make sure you watch the modelling video that I have uploaded of construct and link pipes in fusion360

Does it allow some advanced meshing like an inflation layer to check boundary flow effects?

Great video! When I press "void fill" and "build surface" it says "the capping surface likely overlaps a surface on the original geometry, and will be deleted" how can I avoid this? I found nothing online

How can you apply an entry temperature to the water itself?

Good question, I think CFD is not used to calculate or simulate temperature based scenarios. You can use finite element testing for that; where you’ll be apply to apply temperature to different parts and find out the rate of conduction/convention/radiation for your system whatsoever. Thank you for your question

@@2Awesome okay awesome! I used your tutorials and I just have one issue. It's kind of hard to explain but basically I'm doing a simulation of gas flowing around a shell with baffles. For some reason though when I add the traces they just go right over the baffles rather than around in a circle to the next baffle, even though there is an outer shell making the baffles air tight. Do you know why this might be? Also maybe if you had time I would love to have a zoom call with you to ask you a few questions

@@2Awesome I've spent countless hours on this problem and it's so simple I think you could do it in a few minutes. I just can't seem to figure it out

@@2Awesome what is the point of doing a fluid simulation without temperature and dependent variables like viscosity
