Thank you for sharing. Its really helpful to get a first hand account of a telephone assessment. I do worry about you putting such personal info on a platform like you tube. Ie. Partial birth date and postcode. Be careful doing that.

I am waiting to hear about my outcome with Pip I only got 6 points but had to complain about the phone adviser as he lied and I sent off form mandtatery and I asked for the cd report he put words in my mouth put down whatever he wanted to get me off PIP.

Great video, she’s trying to get you moving around , going to Cyprus, I just went on pip and I have worked all my life , ex veteran,I’ve loads of issues, however the crap everyone has is unbelievable ,she doesn’t know the medication, your dose is too high😃 thought you look like Freddy mercury,need a solicitor for your interrogation, they already know the side effects of your medication trying again to catch you,

Oh My God the report that I requested ahead of time totally put whatever she wanted .. even when she asked me if I am by myself and I replied “ no I am with my friend so he can help me with my assessment” she reported that I was alone .. honestly I don’t know how or where they found those ppl ..

In my opinion She has clearly put your misunderstanding of some questions or the anxiety or forgetfulness in your explanation down to the fact that you have an accent and English isn’t your first language. I wish I recorded mine, I just assumed they would record all interviews/‘interrogations’ 😂 the beer cap alcohol comment 😂 I was caught between a rock and a hard place trying to get through the interrogation, being honest about my day to day difficulty and the help I receive but also showing I am competent enough to take care of my daughter! When I feel judged by someone I will sugar coat it because I don’t want people to look down on me ...I’m looking forward to seeing the letter (really hope I don’t loose my money 🤞 it helps pay the rent )😢

When I wanted to record my PIP telephone assessment I was told it was not allowed, I did anyway. I failed, but got the decision overturned at MR

hi jared , dont be stresfull i know that it is .. but pls you have to tell theem that you want to record the assesment.. if they say no , then say ok and just do it .. hide a voice recorder and have evidence ... and you have to mention your cared as well .. your anseer must be like the first time you try to do the activity that they will ask you .. dont anser with the thought that " you know how to do it " is qall aqbout how affect your life .. even the smalles issues .. god luck my firend

@@DramaQueenStudioz Hello Dear @DramaQueenStudio, I have a phone assessment on Friday morning, I had not asked for it to be recorded their end...would you recommend that I rearrange it in order to have them record it. If \i record it myself, it it not admissible at court if it goes to tribunal If they record, they send me a CD of it and it can be used at court.. Do you think the interviewer will be more honest if I ask for them to record it?

No esa is part of uc now so you'll get pip and uc.

unfortunately I didn't (and I still don't) had the money for private assessment, so I had to get on the queue with NHS , that I took around 2 years , maybe little bit less, but if anyone have there means for private ill say go for private , is a bit pricey for sure but it is worth it

Who diagnosed you ie psychiatrist or another specialist ? My adult daughter is being only offered counselling CBT we suspect her having ADHD we’ve been waiting 5 years despite my daughter often suicidal and anxiety! She does have learning disability ad she went to special education schools! I was thinking about private diagnosis but wanted recommendations hence why I asked if you went private !

A psychologist diagnosed my condition and I had a couple of them. It was online zoom consultation but again if you have the means for a private I will say go private now because you told me about the five years I think is too long time and I will suggest just to call your GP and, keep constantly calling them and asking them about any updates because sometimes they might forget or loose your request or something like that , and also ask them to refer you for dyslexia assessment to get an official diagnosed for l earning difficulties. fFor my dyslexia I had to wait again more or less two years and I had my assessment with , I think it’s called Hellen Karen , it’s a charity specialise in learning difficulties in dyslexia and all that jazz, and there I had one psychologist who did the assessment with me.

So sick of these assessors with their condescending voices. I have some really bad health conditions, lost my job because of them and can definitely not live a normal life, guess what I got refused then I tried again, was horrendous lies and only given low mobility which is now where what I should have. An how unprofessional of her to start talking of her holiday! The thing I have noticed with these assessors is there are professional health people, I.E nurses etc and this is exactly a big reason why people do not receive the care they should on nhs. P.I.P screw me and so does nhs.

Saying you can't answer the phone and yet you answer the phone for your assessment will score you zero points on communication.

no .. because even if I answer the phone ..I had to put a lot of effort because I had to answer the phone.and is not an easy thing to do .. however this action is causing to me a great distress emotionally and mentally .. so this is impacting my life negativley .. is that make sense ...

@@DramaQueenStudioz Of course it makes sense to me. However, the way the assessor sees things may be different. A lot of the time the assessors will try to score people zero points whenever they can to meet targets. That's why so many people end up having to go to ask them for a mandatory reconsideration and eventually a tribunal. I am understanding of your situation regarding how difficult it can be for you by the way you have described how your disability affects you. Unfortunately the assessors don't always listen and often lie on their reports stating you can do something when you can't. I know, it's happened to me before.

Why are foreigners getting these benefits? Unbelievable!!

hi karenrobinson, I understand your question and probably, or not, I would have had the same question as you do, but since I am living here more than a decade I don't feel like a foreign.. yes I am from another country , but I didn't wake one day and think to jump to a plane to come here and immediate claim the benefit. I moved here and I had a job more many hears and I was paying my taxes as well like everyone else , and I haven't even had the tiniest idea of what my condition was and I did suffer ( still do ) because of how my brain works and what caused. me until today ... I am grateful for this country for what they are offering to disable people and how they care about them .. but believe me if you knew how daunting, drained and stressful is to go for an assessment I wouldn't have claimed it if I didn't had my condition.. and since I am getting those benefits .. and I have see how the system works, I decided to do these videos to help other people even with with more severe condition/disability that they have fail to get the benefit , and trying to find ways how to get it ..

@DramaQueenStudioz I understand you worked for 10 years, but that in no way will cover the cost of your nhs,dental, and benefits. I'm not stating that you and other not British nationals shouldn't receive help, but I believe it should be done differently through paid insurance from the day you arrive. That way, you get back what you paid in,every penny from an insurance company. It's a win-win I have no idea why the government didn't implement something like this year's ago.

Bro you were terrible in your assessment you didn't give any valuable information. The fact that you had to explain it further after pausing it every time shows you left the nurse without any info to know your daily needs.

hey thank uyoy for your comments.. that my condition took over .. but even tho she shouldn't have had asked me more questions to elaborate ? this time my new assessor she was just perfect she asked me so many question and I gave them all the answers even if I didn't answer correctly , she then asking me with more clear question to understand better
