The tube you zip-tied the mic to is the sunroof drain tube. It's clogged, which is why there is a water stain on the headliner near the A-pillar.

Can this be fit into a dbl din dash on an 07 Camry I like the radio but I don’t like it floating is it possible for this to work set into the dash?

It’s “Floating” because at 9” it’s too big to fit flush in a typical double din. Bigger is a good thing. I went from a 7” alpine to this 9” Pioneer and it really is a major difference/improvement.

Is there anyway to make it foush on a 2015 Silverado

I hooked this up on my 95 impala ss and had 2 speaker wires, the white and white kept cutting out my passenger speaker and putting head unit on amp error. Once I disconnected those 2 wires it ran good any idea? Driver door speaker doesn’t work so I’m thinking it’s that being blown ?

I didn't think you needed to use a bypass with this head unit for the ebrake? I thought you hold the screen in the corner?

First time I’ve heard of holding the corner of the screen in lieu of installing the bypass unit..I installed the bypass on mine.

@@bigchungus-oj8zz You are correct, the bypass works, I used one on my same Pioneer but there are apparently some Pioneers that you go into setting and perform a screen touching procedure to bypass. A seller of bypasses on ebay claimed that this Pioneer used that process but I installed a bypass after seeing your video and it seems to work fine except when I am talking on the phone in my truck the settings are greyed out. Does yours do that as well?

I just bought this same Pioneer 3800NEX. it really sucks to know that it doesn’t come with a remote controller for it. Is there any other pioneer controllers that’s compatible for it?? Or a universal one. Please I really would want to purchase one literally asap!!!!!!!!

I would but I didn’t get the steering wheel control module installed yet. So that’s why I wanted to get a remote for the meantime. Don’t be so quick to assume, I wasn’t born yesterday

Awesome video. Do you guys have a video on setting the gains on a amplifier with multiple gains. I'm using the rockville atom8 8 channel amplifier. Channels 1-4 are being used for 4 full range speakers 110rms x4 at 2ohms, and channel 5&6, bridged 4ohm 220rms ,and 7&8 4ohms 220rms for 2 subs. Thanx guys

We don't currently have a tuning video for an 8 channel. But you would tune each as its own amp which it basically is. We can do a video talking about amps over 5 channels
