MIX WELL
¼ CUP WATER (MIX GRADUALLY)
MAKE DOUGH
COVER FOR 5 MIN.
2-3 BOILED GRATED POTATOES
2 TBSP ONION
¼ TSPN CHILLI POWDER
¼ TSPN TURMERIC POWDER
¼ TSPN CUMIN POWDER
½ TSPN CHAAT MASALA
½ TSPN SALT
½ TSPN GREEN CHILLI
2 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES
MIX WELL
2 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP WATER
MIX WELL
TAKE SOME DOUGH
ROLL THIN
SPREAD POTATO MIXTURE
ROLL
CUT IN TO PIECES
DIP IN SLURRY
FRY IN MEDIUM HEATED OIL
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
