Pinwheel Carrot Sweet Recipe By SevenAyns
Ingredients:
[ For Carrot ] :
1 kg Shredded Carrot
1 1/2 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Sugar
4 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
3 tbsp Pistachio (As Required)
3 tbsp Almond (As Required)
2 Walnuts (As Required)
[ For Khoya ] :
3 tbsp Milk Powder
300 Gram Khoya ( Khoya Recipe: • Homemade Khoya Recipe ... )
3 tbsp Pistachio (As Required)
3 tbsp Almond (As Required)
2 Walnuts (As Required)
Method:
[ For Carrot ] :
Add milk to the grated carrot and grind it well, in a pan add ghee, grated carrot, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder, and cook it well, then add milk powder, almonds, pistachios, and walnuts. Cook it well and take it out in another bowl.
[ For Khoya ] :
In a pan add khoya, cardamom powder sugar milk pistachio, almonds, and walnuts and cook it on low flame till it becomes thickened then take it out in a bowl and let it cool down.
Method :
Spread the carrot mixture on butter paper, add Khoya mixture on top of it, and freeze it for 2 hours then, take it out from the freezer cut it, and serve.
