@Action Jackson ? in what way the riding experience is much different then a typical eboard not to mention its a big tire that can ride on most terrain and you float instead of hitting 1 rock and going flying. not to mention the technology with the balancing. its not cheap but you get quality for your money.

@Action Jackson If you're going for pure range, then I can see your point. However, OneWheels offer a unique experience that a lot of eskates don't. They are super expensive but the feeling of riding one of these boards is unmatched by any other eskate in my opinion. I used to have the original meepo classic btw.

You really can’t ask for much more from the pint, let’s be real. For it to be rated 6-8 miles and actually get more like 8-12 consistently it seems, that’s pretty damn good. Almost all electric board companies have been over-rating their mileage, it’s great to have a company be realistic and under-rate their product. I feel like this was why the Pint was delayed so much tho in the first place, I bet the range wasn’t as good as they planned and did some tweaking and that’s why it’s getting a little more than the 6-8. Can’t wait to get mine, Sept 21 expected ship date

That was extremely entertaining to watch and perhaps even equally as educational! I really appreciate Future Motion's decision to reserve the presumably large amount of power there at its end of life to really try and let the rider know that robot NEEDS to pull over NOW. It's comforting knowing that I'm not going to be in the zone and just miss its low battery notification and have it just suddenly die under me. Sorry you missed gymnastics but I appreciate you sharing the experience!

Hi Jimmy, Thanks for another review~! waiting for mine anxiously... lol You gave us (me and hubby - mid-40s asian couple) to work up the courage to get on the Onewheel~ We got our first onewheel xr couple of weeks ago and we are enjoying every minute of it. :) We both never rode a board before... and I'm not athletic at all... it took me forever to learn how to ride a bike (-and this happened only 10 years ago). We started with segway minis first with gokart and my hubby really wanted to try the onewheel but I was too worried. It was your video who convinced me to get out of my comfort zone and now we are looking forward to ride the pint and xr together~! :)

Great video and cool what they have been able to do with the Pint. I've scoured and searched but have not found anyone who has actually measured any difference in the ground clearance of the pint and the xr or one wheel board from level. It's an important purchasing decision for me but can't find an answer anywhere. Plz help me JimmyChang you're my only hope!

I like to carve with my pint, on smooth surfaces. If I don’t I get overeager and push it too hard. I started to wonder if carving wouldn’t add thrust, much like the Ripstick castor board. Anyhow, I’m going to compare. Meanwhile, I’ll just keep carving 🤙 “why, because it’s fun and I like the taste.”

I might buy onewheel later, when it starts snowing over here and I cant use my escooter or euc. Hmm anxiety I know getting punished for something you didnt belive you were responsible for when young can shorten the fuse on anxiety manifesting itself in later life but what the heck just a part of the experience like riding :)

I mean that’s still more than advertised on the range for the a Pint. You also were riding over some fairly bumpy and non-smooth surfaces. Real world I know, but a true range test would be as flat and as smooth as long as you can to truly see the distance. This is definitely a positive for the pint. Under sell, over deliver! Mines due in the mail any time now :D

my opinion is that they underpromised on range for the pint so that ppl would still feel like buying the XR. 9-11 miles vs 12-18 miles for half the cost doesn't seem like as big of a problem. I also believe 100% that the pushback at 13 mph is too extreme for the the capabilities of the pint while the XR could stand to have pushback a little sooner. This might be to help move their bigger products along while also boasting more safety for the pint. yes, I ride my boards with a tin foil helmet.

I usually get 9-11nmiles on a charge riding in pacific at 11-13mph. My friend has to use both mine and his V1 boards to keep up with 1 full pint charge.

I have been watching your videos. I'm debating on purchasing one with my tax refund (or when I pay off some bills lol). Getting 10 miles onna single charge is impressive compared to other escooters and devices. I just want it to travel around my neighborhood where everything is a Max of 3 to 5 miles away. This video definitely helped my anxiety of it will make those trips to and from.
