Pinoy Joyride - Davao City Joyride

The last part of my Mindanao series joyride we feature Davao City. Visiting pasalubong shops for sweets and pastries, buying stuff from Malagos chocolate in Agdao and checking other places. Davao City imposes a 30-60 kph speed limit as city ordinance. The footages seen here were documented after the Roxas Bombing Incident. We went to check the big malls in the city and the future BPO centers and business centers. Davao is a big city.
I want to thank Kenneth Ryan Andres, Mishael Pueblas, Dean Siapno and Jaiam Sarabillo for the additional informations.

Dmitrivalencia, this is the one na tinapos ku lahat ng videos sa davao joyride, it's been 9 months na hindi aku lumabas ng bahay for safety precaution since pandemic is not yet over, this is the only video who give my memories back, when I was 16 years old always ku itong pinapanood every summer dahil hindi aku pinapalabas ng nanay ku sa bahay.

And cars should stop if there's pedestrian walking on pedestrian lanes

Was with my family last spring in Davao city to experience the scenery and to visit Philippine Eagle Centre at Malagos. Sadly with limited background to go around, was not able to fully experienced the various places within and around the city. Apo ni lola sweets and tablea chocolate store in malagos was not even in my radar.

Your video is interesting but I think they would be more enjoyable and appreciated if you would slow them down or your driving. You drive like if you are trying to get away from something or someone is after you. It's difficult to really go a joyride with you.

There you go again, you went through RED lights!!!! Also, when a group of pedestrians were crossing, you did not even stop. They were running for their lives instead of you stopping as in STOP, until everyone is OUT OF THE WAY.

Mam, running for their lives is an exaggeration lol as most of my videos were sped up. Anyway thanks for watching again. If you have been from the Philippines you will understand the culture of drivers and pedestrian here unlike in western countries.

dmitrivalencia What a stupid answer from you and I'm pinoy. In Davao city, there are commuters there who actually stop where people are crossing. Typical law breaking filipino making excuses for doing something as hazardous as potentially running over people. No, not all Filipinos are as uncivilized and such law breaking rogues as what you just did. In Davao city it is also the cleanest in the urban cities in the Philippines due to better governance and the willpower of the people there to make the place livable for ordinary people and not just benefitting the rich unlike in Manila.

dmitrivalencia The woman is obviously Filipino as you could see in her pic. Stop assuming Pinoys accept this lawless behavior. Head to Singapore and Japan. They're not "Western" but they are disciplined and filled with common sense to follow basic rules in road traffic. It's not cultural in this country, just symptoms of uneducated parts of society.
