Two very different voices. Conflicting to be quite honest. However it is sure to say in this contest, that Niki Blacks voice was better for this song choice.

Giving Camille a rock song was completely idiotic. Regardless of what you think of her special voice, which you can like or hate, it was exactly this voice that ruined the song for me. Normally I wouldn't even blame her for that, but in the end it wasn't just "her own style", at least partially it was simply a lack of adaptability. So I'd go with Niki too, even if she tried too hard to reach Pink in her presentation, which she didn't quite succeed imho.

I mean, honestly, adaptability isn’t the end all be all. Edith Piaf singing anything other than torch songs would have been a disaster. Ed Sheeran couldn’t do anything remotely approaching rock if his life depended on it. If Bob Dylan had tried anything other than the singer/songwriter style, he would’ve been laughed out of town. And I defy you to find ANY other genre that Randy Newman would have sounded good in.

Yeah song choice makes for a lot much of the time. Some people just don't sound well doing certain genres of songs. Camille should be singing some kind of Baroque Indie Pop. As for Niki, I don't know why but doesn't sound good with this song either I can't exactly put my finger on it, maybe lounge songs ala cabaret? She stayed on key but this was definitely the wrong song choice for both of them.

OMG je trouvais ça très bon jusqu'à ce que la fille de gauche se mette à chanter... Elle est peut-être bonne dans son style à elle mais elle ne fait malheureusement pas le poids dans ce duel.

@@Iammaissa the girls did do great but this song favors one over the other . She also just seems like she need coaching . I like her music but I do not like her as coach . However she did rescue Anik which was the best decision .

Sorry forgot to add some things in my response. Anyway, I don't think it's Amel's coaching so much. Some people just don't sound right singing certain genres of music or songs by certain artists, period. This is an example. I think this song was just totally a bad choice for them. Camille especially sounded like a baroque indie pop singer trying to sing P!nk, plus she was really pitchy. I think Niki would sound better singing lounge songs like a cabaret kind of thing. They can sound good, but at this point, they're just limited at what they can sound good with until they work on their skills a little more.

certainement parce que Camille ne chantait pas vraiment du coup Nicki devait combler le vide. le chant demande de la présence vocale et n'etait pas approprié pour Camille avec sa douce voix.
