this song was originally written to/about her first friend who died from an OD.
The song was written after she lost two close friends to drug overdoses., "I lost several friends, unfortunately, to overdose, and the second one was very, very, very close to me, and I loved him very much," The song was specifically written about her friend Sekou Harris, who died of a heroin overdose when they were just teenagers. She said. "The thing that I love about the song now, after all these years, is that I never get tired of performing it, and it's taken on so many different meanings over the years. It was about my grandmother at one point. It was about my dog, I've lost people, so it's always sort of fresh in my heart."

Not a huge fan of Pink's music but every time I hear this one I crank it up.

Pink is an important version of Taylor swift. Her songs are deep in meaning about life. Unlike Taylor swift and her teenage break up songs.
Im not sure if he dies or if he O.D and she calls the ambulance
