Godzilla Earth towers above monsterverse Godzilla, by almost double the size... Godzilla Earth wins this just by stepping on monsterverse Godzilla.

The fact that these two weigh the same despite the massive size difference is just a reminder that these creators arent putting quite as much thought into their own universes as the fans do. Not saying they are lazy or anything like that. Just that they aren't quite taking into account all of the technicalities of these feats and stats and the ramifications of what it actually means to be "so and so" while having done "such and such". Its just a reminder to people not to take these hypothetical scenarios too seriously when the feats or stats involved often dont make any sense in the first place. That said, I still enjoy watching these hypothetical matchups.

I always have a weird moment when it hits me that MV is the same weight as Earth. Like if both he and Kong tackled Earth, that's double his weight hitting him at pretty ridiculous speeds. It's weird It's very weird

Earth wins, little challenge. Its attacks are overwhelming and MV Godzilla has no means of hurting it, unless it can somehow do sonic attacks at the right frequency to disrupt the energy shield. So MV Godzilla’s attacks just bounce off and MV Godzilla cuts it in half with a tail slicer.

Good video but just wanted to add I don’t really put a lot of stock into the fact they weigh the same because I think if pink Godzilla was in Godzilla earths universe or vice versa, the weight would be four times different. Because this is science fiction, it’s not like when the monster makes the Godzilla movies they sat around and thought about “hey, how much does Godzilla earth weigh? Let’s make our Godzilla we weigh the same even though he’s a quarter of the size” Let’s say the monster verse was the one to introduce Godzilla earth. He would in no way be the exact same weight as their Godzilla. I think that’s just a weight that both companies picked for their Godzilla and they didn’t think anyone would be comparing it to a Godzilla in a different universe . So I would think if they were in the same universe in the same creators made both of them there would definitely be a huge weight difference . I mean, yes, he beat Kong but when you look at the monsters in the monsters, Kong is steel, an alpha titan meaning it’s not like he’s the pushover some fans make him out to be . we’ve seen monsters in the universe around Godzilla, same size like king Ghidorah and Kong Put him down for a little while so if those monsters can win round with him, I believe Godzilla earth would have no problem finishing the job.

Earth had to charge up energy because he killed Battra who was supposed to originally destroy the planet busting asteroid Gorath, and it only took him 5 years to have enough energy to destroy the asteroid before continuing his rampage across the world.
